Application Documents can ONLY be completed at the school office, not faxed or sent home. They must be filled in by either the parent or guardian of the child.
- Please make sure you have all the basic family information to hand ie work, doctors, two friends Telephone numbers, postal and physical addresses, medical aid details.
- Incomplete or Dishonest Information will make your enrolment ‘null & void’.
- Parent will be contacted if the application is successful.
