What do I use as a reference number when I deposit money into the “tuck bank account”?
The admission number you were issued with when the card was issued.
I have more than one child in the school. How does this work?
Every child is treated individually. If you have two children then you need two cards and when depositing, you need to deposit separately for each child.
What is the monthly cost of the card?
Nothing if you don’t use it and R6 if you do.
What if the card gets lost?
As soon as you inform the office we can cancel your old card and issue you another one for R50.
How else can I deposit money?
Apart from electronically you can also pay directly to the office or send the money with your child
Why can’t I pay and order tuck on the same day?
The money you pay needs to register on your tuckcard first. So just ensure you have deposited enough money the day or even week / month before.
